Salad “Sea spray”

salt – to taste

Shrimp boil in salted water with vinegar and clean. Tangerines to release from the peel. Two squeeze the juice and mix with mayonnaise, prepare the sauce. The remaining tangerines are divided into slices, peel them from the films. Apple peel, cut in half, remove the core and cut into slices. Put in a dish with slices of oranges, apples, shrimp, and celery and mix gently. Pour salad sauce.

Salmon salt, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil, put in small greased form and put in a preheated 200 C (400 F) oven for 20 minutes.

Remove salmon from oven, let cool to room temperature.

Remove the fish from the skin, remove bones (if any). We peel the fillets with a fork into small pieces.

Make the dressing. Mix yogurt, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, lemon juice and finely chopped dill. Whisk well with a fork. If the filling is too thick, slightly dilute it with water and beat again.

With lettuce cut thickening. Cut or tear the lettuce with hands into small pieces.

Radishes cut into thin slices.

Sweet pepper and cucumber (if using) cut into small cubes. The egg cut into thin slices. Spread on a large flat dish or individual bowls of lettuce. Put peppers, radishes, cucumber and sliced egg.

Put the slices of salmon, sprinkle with crumbled feta. Slightly sprinkle with salt and pepper lettuce.

Pour dressing and serve.

Stir directly into serving plate.

A simple salad with sausage and cucumber

Smoked sausage (but you can and boiled, generally at your discretion) — 150 g

Cucumbers (fresh) — 2 PCs (medium size)

Carrot (fresh) — 1 piece

Green peas (canned) -1 small jar

Mayonnaise Salt Pepper

Sausage, fresh cucumbers and carrots cut into small sticks. Drain the canned peas with all the liquid, pour into bowl. With corn also drain the brine and add to the salad. Season with a little salt and pepper. Mayonnaise and mix. If desired, garnish with greens.

Shrimp boil in salted water with spices, cool and clean. Apples peel, cut into large wedges. Cut the onions into rings pour in 3-5 minutes with boiling water, went to the bitterness. Mix well. Add the mayonnaise a pinch of sugar and season the salad.

Meat potatoes and eggs boil until cooked. The boiled yolks carefully separate from the protein. Onion, meat, potatoes and proteins chop sticks. All mix, salt and season with mayonnaise. Put the salad on a plate and shape it into a nest. Inside the “nest”, place the chopped herbs and the yolks of eggs.
